Shipping and Payments

Smart Products New Zealand Limited uses the following services for our New Zealand domestic deliveries.

  • Pass the Parcel service from Post Haste Couriers.
  • Parcel Post - Tracked service from New Zealand Post.

Once we have dispatched your order we will notify you by email of the details for you to track your purchase online.

We offer free* delivery with Pass the Parcel service from Post Haste Couriers. Their delivery times vary but generally they offer overnight delivery Wellington wide and around the North Island. They provide a 2 day delivery service between the North & South Islands. If you live in a rural delivery area there will be additional 24 hours for delivery depending on the schedule of your areas rural delivery service.

We also offer free* delivery to PO Box & Private Bag addresses using the Parcel Post service from NZ Post. Please select the "PO Box/Private Bag Delivery" option in the shopping cart. These orders will be sent with the Parcel Post - Tracked service from New Zealand Post. ETA for delivery is between 2 to 7 business days New Zealand wide.

Notes:

  • Please be aware that Post Haste Couriers deliver during normal daytime business hours Monday - Friday. We recommend you provide a delivery address where you (or someone trusted by you) are available to accept deliveries during the day.
  • Please note that the Pass the Parcel service is "Signature" required. This means that when they deliver, a signature and/or name is obtained from the person they hand the parcel to. This information is only used as a confirmation of delivery to you. Please note that if you or the owner of the address being delivered to have a signed authority to leave with the Pass the Parcel service or Post Haste. They will take a photo of the front door or delivery area showing the parcel as being delivered to the address. This again is only used for confirmation of delivery to you.
  • We can deliver to PO Box and Private Bag addresses with the Parcel Post - Tracked service from NZ Post which is "Non Signature" required.
  • Delivery times are estimates only and could be interrupted by public holidays and any weather related road closures, which are outside of our control.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address that you have supplied, so please confirm details before submitting your order.
  • If your order hasn't arrived and your online tracking information shows that it has been delivered, please contact NZ Post on ph: 0800 501 501 for tracked parcel post orders. Or contact our office for Pass the Parcel orders. Have your tracking number available when you call.

For customers based in Wellington you can also collect your order from our office. Please select this option in the online store and include a contact number and best time to call in the comments field, so we can notify you when your order is ready to be collected.

Don't worry if you forget to order a Butt Buffer pad before leaving home on your adventure. We are only too happy to personally deliver to the Inter Island Ferry Terminal or Blue Bridge Ferry terminal in Wellington. Just include the date and time details of your crossing in the order comments field.

* Free delivery is only available on New Zealand retail sales. Club sales incur normal courier charges which will be advised upon inquiry.

Australian deliveries

For International deliveries to Australia we use EMS International Economy Courier. This service is included in your price for all Butt Buffer products. For Identity Stronghold and Rogue products there will be an additional courier fee charged (See notes below). The EMS service features online tracking. Delivery usually take between 3 - 6 days. Once we have dispatched your order we will notify you by email of tracking details for you to track your purchase online.

Notes:

  • Please be aware that EMS deliver during normal daytime business hours Monday - Friday.
  • For all Wallet orders we charge an additional NZ$30 on orders up to the value of NZ$120.There will be no additional delivery fee charged on orders above NZ$120.00 value. If you combine a purchase of a Butt Buffer pad with a Wallet, there will be no additional delivery fee charged.
  • We recommend you provide a delivery address where you (or someone trusted by you) are available to accept deliveries during the day.
  • We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address that you have supplied, so please confirm details before submitting your order.
  • The delivery schedule could be interrupted by public holidays, any weather related road closures, as well as any random customs checks which are outside of our control.
  • If your order hasn't arrived and your online tracking information shows that it has been delivered, please contact the EMS Australian service partner Australia Post on ph: 03-8847-9045 for all orders. Have your tracking number available when you call.

 

Payments

All transactions are conducted in New Zealand dollars. New Zealand Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be charged on New Zealand orders. All international orders will not be charged New Zealand GST.

Credit Cards

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express credit cards and Visa Debit and MasterCard Debit Cards via PayPal. So please select the PayPal option in the online store to pay by credit card.

Founded in December 1998, PayPal is a global online payment company. Payment can be made via our online store. Or contact our office during business hours to pay via credit card using PayPal's email payment system.

Direct Credit

For manual deposits at any branch of Kiwibank or using the Internet. Please use your name as reference. Our bank account details are as follows.

Please note orders that are paid by direct credit or international money transfer will not be shipped untill the funds have been recieved. Please make sure you have all information correct when making your bank deposit or international money transfer to us as Smart Products New Zealand Limited will not be liable for losses due to processing errors and incorrect typing.
